  • How Do I book services?
    Booking is complete once a deposit has been received and if necessary a contract is signed by management and the client.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide services due to circumstances of our own causing. Should a client not be able to pay remaining balance we will accommodate up to a percentage of the deposit minus cancellation fees, which are determined by event. We can also offer a house credit for 75% of the deposit to use for a future event within 6 months with 30 days notice. All terms must be cleared and signed of on by management to be firm.
  • When are final details required?
    Final details such as headcount, food choices, color changes etc., must be submitted in writing within 14 days of event date. For guests counts larger than 500 within 30 days.
